We have been selling the LC1 since 1997! It is our most popular choice of ligature cutter, by a thousand to one. 

The blade made from stainless steel Grade 420J2 (equivalent to 420S45). 

Each new knife has a Barrington Serial Number engraved on the blade. Hooked blade easily folds into handle.  

A basic nylon pouch is included in the price. 

Guaranteed for LIFE if supplied and maintained by us.  We track serial numbers; the latest ones have a B# to indicate that they are specially made for us, earlier versions going back to 1997 are less easy to track.
